Jack-
The body has a series of levers acting in unison during the swing. Various angles or deflections of these levers during the foward swing creates a cause & effect action which results in different swing speeds and swing plane. Your f=mv calculations need to be reviewed/revised. You seem to have a basic understanding of the laws of physics (as related to power), but you are not tieing all the critical components together which would then = a clear explanation. If you wish, I can prepare a series of reports that explain true hitting.
