Movement of the best hitters prior to the pitcher's release point?

Hi Jack,

Do you have any video analysis of the movement of the best hitters prior to and up to the pitcher's release point? If not, can you give some advice on this, please?

I'm trying to instruct my sons (and other players) on what they should be doing prior to pulling the trigger and swinging or deciding not to swing.
