>>> I just dicovered this problem in my swing. My shoulders are way too far ahead. I think it's becuase when I turn in (inward turn) I got my back knee already rotating around to the "L" position, making my hips rotate around toward the pitcher as I stride. What can I do to get rid of this problem? <<<

Hi Maximum

You have been coming to the site for some time now. Max, I want to help you develop swing mechanics that will advance your baseball career. But it is difficult to give sound advice about someone's mechanics without actually seeing their swing. What a batter thinks he is doing is seldom what a video breakdown of his swing reveals. If you would send me a video of your swing (front and across the plate view) I will walk you through your swing frame by frame.
