Thank you very much for your input. What you said makes sense, as well as seeing the videos helps a lot. I am definitely a visual learner, so much thanks for the video help!

I am going out right now to work on that high hand. I absolutely have a 90 degree bend....although I do manage to keep it throughout the swing! I equate that to lots and lots of swings at the heavy bag!

Once again, thanks for the instruction. It has completely enhanced my old linear swing and since I am attending the MLB open tryouts next month I feel much more confident in my stroke.
