GYM...don't be too sure sbout what you are so wrong about. A CHP is not wrappng the ball. GEEEZ

Pujols center of pressure ( lead toe) is ahead of his center of mass and pushes his led hip back to gain full hip rotation. His weight was released 100% from his rear side completely at lead heel drop.

Stay with it....your missing some important stuff...be patient
