I agree with Donny more. I just don't see the L thing...what I do see in Pujols is rotation + weight shift at the proper time. I'm NOT saying GO BACK, LUNGE. I AM SAYING SHIFT ALL THE WEIGHT ONTO A RIGID FRONT FOOT, HOLD IT, AND LET THE BACK SNAP THE WHIP. Cue: Spread out the stance, and rock back, rock forward HARD--SHIFT AND HOLD--BAM!--allow the bat to snap through.
