Hi Jack, love the site and just finished watching the Final Arc vid. I had a question about rotational mechanics and slow pitch softball. I am almost 7' tall. In order to employ proper rotational mechanics, do I need to move back in the box so that the point of contact will be at my waist or lower? In baseball it seems point of contact is around mid thigh, but in softball the ball does not get that low until it has passed the plate.
