When you are loading and you take your stride or do whatever you have to and start bringing your hands back, as your front foot is on top of the toe, and begins coming down, should your hands still be moving back (loading) at this point? I saw a clip of Jim Edmonds and I notcied that when he started lowering his front heel, his hands were still moving back. And if this is right, why is it good to do? More power? Thanks
