Jack how much of each person's own strength and flexibility assists in creating bat speed? You said before about have comes from torque. Mechanical-wise yes, but entirely I don't think so. I'm thinking about 1/3 from torque, 1/3 from hips and shoulder rotation, and the other 1/3 from your own natural strength. But maybe I'm wrong, I 'd like to know, I mean if Sosa and Bonds weren't so huge and strong would they even have come close to Maris' 61?
I got torque and rotation down, I'm small they ain't going over, but I'm hitting darn hard, twice as hard as last year, and I was pretty impressed myself how I hit with a wooden bat at a showcase a couple days ago.
So I believe a couple more years of weight lifting and they should be flying over the fences. Am I right?
