Q about the frame-by-frame

Jack, I have a question about that frame swing in the Swing Mechanics section. Is that "exactly" what the swing should look like? I mean, shouldn't there be more torso rotation? Cause sometimes after a game I look at the frame swing and I always think I rotate my upperbody too much. Is there such thing as too much rotation or is that swing just poor artwork?
