I just want to address the fact that I think it is somewhat unfair to pick apart the video on Mike Epstein's site. Especially, when Mr. Epstein has not been directly and recently contacted about the questions/assumptions about what he teaches. I have no idea what his answer would be.

I believe the purpose of the video is to give a quick overview of the SOME of the main concepts of rotational hitting, not ALL of the fine points.
