I love the tips and debate on pitching mechanics....I am a pitcher and these facts seem really helpful. But i am doing a physics project on hitting a softball and the mechanics for it. I was wondering if any of you had information that would be helpful...If so thankyou so much. It will not only improve my project but it will improve my game as well.
