Hi jack . When Pedro Alvarez who latter became the 2nd player picked in the 2008 draft was in high school I saw him hit a homerun that traveled about 450 ft .The thing about that homerun that i still remember is that he appeared to swing down to the contact point.
It appeared that he swung down and the ball went up and away.my question is it possible to swing down to contact and still hit a ball 450ft ?I was looking at some of his homeruns he hit in college on youtube and even on some of them he didnt appear to be swing up I appreciate your thoughts on this jerry
