Hey Mike

So Manny has one HR with little hip rotation and about one month ago Bonds made one ugly lunging swing to hit a HR. No one said that poor mechanics can not once in a while achieve results. The important thing is that 95% of the time Manny and Bonds make swings and they rotate their hips and then rotate their body and hands and hit the ball.

One swing does not mean that it is effective by not rotating your lower half because if this was the case these two great hitters are practicing wrong 95% of the time. So either they are 5% effective or just got good results from a bad swing.
