I was wondering if you guys advocate a slight upswing as Mike Epstein does and if so why and if not what do you guys recommend and why, Thanks

Why don't you check out his website? Also there is a discussion forum just like this site. I think that you could make some interesting contributions to that forum, just as you have done so at this site.
