I am the coach of a 16-under girls slow pitch travel team (yes,slow pitch is still alive in Georgia). I just recently stumbled on to this site and have already picked up several useful ideas for my "struggling" hitters. I haven't found any discussion on the board regarding slow pitch hitting and was curious if the video available on this site would apply to the slow pitch "swing" and be helpful to my girls?
