Torque and rotation as a unison

Max,

Correct you don't have to think about it. Torque happens from the entire body working as a unit, not the parts and pieces.

I like the idea of focusing on the front shoulder, tucking in slightly. Someone asked Nomar a the question if he focused on the front heel drooping (Nomar hitting camp). His comment was he felt that would throw him off balance. He felt the swing begins when the front shoulder tucks in slightly.

There's more info in there somewhere, but when a ball is coming towards you it's the cordination of the entire body. You can't think fast enough to process the information, nor will your body (muscles) react and work properly.
