I will try this one more time. Take any object and remove the support it will drop. If the object is moving forward, thrown or shot out of a cannon it will drop at the same rate as if you hold it between two fingers and just drop it.

The difference in the distance it will drop is "time." If an object is traveling at 100 mph it will take a specific amount of time to travel 60 feet and will drop at the standard rate for the time it takes to travel that distance.

If you "shoot it out of a cannon" then it will travel much faster and cover the distance in a shorter time, therefore it will drop less distance.

Look, this is basic scientific fact. Its not up for discussion or your agreement. It's true even if you don't understand it. Why don't you work on the earth being flat for a while.
