Jack I recently read all of your archives it took me about a month. your work is something you can be very proud of. It is very impressive that you figured what great hitters really do and can explain in so well on a website . I guess you know how the first guy felt when he said the world is not flat its circular.as far as the swing path being up at contact or down you are in agreement with a guy who was a pretty good hitter I dont know if mr bleeker 2 everheard of him his name was Ted Williams he said UP is the way and as mike epstein pointed out in his book it is very hard to swing down and not lunge at the ball .try it yourself take a good cut swinging down are you balanced?
