My question is how is torque applied? If you get your legs in the right position and bring your back elbow to your side, should torque happen automatically, meaning I don't have to think about applying it..it just happens?>>>>>Maxium,this ties in with my discussion of throwing the hands.Some don't think about shoulder turn it just happens with good hip rotation yet they do concentrate on torque.You may think about what ever and torque just follows naturaly.Understanding the system and then thinking whatever is necessary to perform the system correctly is the key.
