Re: wooden bat

I am considering buying a wooden bat to practice with. Does anyone know the cost of a typical wooden bat? Also, is it a good idea to practice with it and are you alllowed to use wooden bats in high school games?

I picked some up at batwarehouse.com. Louisville and Rawlings basic bats are $29.99 for 32-34" models. Pro Stock models are $49.95. Buy 3 or more of a kind and they're 20% less. Youth models up to 31" are $24.99, $19.99 if you get three or more. Shipping is free. Definitely get one/some. They won't allow you to get away with arm hitting.
