Re: Re: Thoughts on weight shift & momentum Ome thing I forgot to mention- many hitting "gurus" advocate a weight shift DURING the swing- not really prior to it- this would contribute more from forward momentum. would it not?
Also, can you explain why my peak batspeed drops from 97 to 80 when I don't stride? Followups:
