GETTING WEIGHT BACK

Posted by: Willy Mays Jr () on Mon Jul 9 13:39:28 2001

THANKS WILLY, WHAT WOULD YOU RECOMMEND, DO YOU THINK IT IS EVEN IMPORTANT TO GET THE WEIGHT BACK BEFORE GOING FORWARD.

It is important to go back and then forward. What you don't want to do is "sit" on the back foot. A small inward turn will work but what is especially important is for the hands to go back as you stride. I think Ray or GRC or Major once discussed where the head should be in the stride> I think it was in June.
