subject is how torque happens

Jack, does torque happen by itself? If I get my back arm elbow to myself and get my legs in the right position, will torque then just be automatic? Meaning I shouldn't think about torque but just concentrate on getting into the right hitting postition? Cause if that's it, the n it must be pretty simple.
