Given the point you made toward the end of your response about the back elbow coming back down to about a 45 degree angle, I would agree that the swing is shorter. I was under the impression that the hitters to which you were referring to in your earlier post still had their back elbows cocked at a 90 degree angle at the point that their stride foot landed and they were in THEIR launch position. We have a quality baseball player on our Legion team who starts with his elbow down but raises it to 90 degrees as his stride foot lands and keeps it there. It is our belief that it inhibits his success. We have it on tape and will be showing it to him tomorrow. Be curious about his reaction. Thanks, Roger Moore
