Yes. that is good. that is a good indication, that you allowed your body to finish your swing. if you spin on your back foot. you are acting in a pure rotational manner and are at risk for outside pitches and low inside pitches. The position you describe indicates a good positive weight transfer which exists in all physical activities. the way you swing is the same as the way you throw. Good Luck
