Hi Shawn

Thank you for the reminder. Not adhering to the principles outlined in Major Dan's post and the "proper use of the arms" post, has stalled the progress many young hitters and caused slumps in the performance of great hitters. -- I am going to expand on this in a reply to RQL's post above.
