IS IT TRUE THAT YOU HAVE TO GO BACK BEFORE YOU GO FORWARD, IF SO , HOW DO YOU RECOMMEND GOING BACK ,JUST SHIFTING WEIGHT TO THE BACK FOOT, AS YOU ARE GOING BACK SHOULD YOU ALSO BRING YOUR HANDS BACK OR NOT, HOW ABOUT JUST SLOWLY RAISING YOUR FRONT FOOT ON YOUR TOES OR WHAT ABOUT A KNEE COCK, WHAT DO YOU GUYS RECOMMEND
