hi
dave you are correct in what you are saying I have a bat speed monitor and when i try to musle up on the swing the swing speed registers slower the best speeds i have gotten where just short of 100 percent effort so muscling up not only slows the bat down but ruins bat head acurracy belive it or not the fastest swings you can hear hum so with out the bat speed monitor i belive you can go to a quite room take a tension free swing and try to make the bat hum with the swing take ten swings rest and do it again
