I am about to begin the process of teaching one of my friends whos never really played baseball before everything i know about the game. I was wondering though just how should i go about teaching the rotational swing? Should i have him read the page on swing mechanics and also demonstrate? or should i just do one or the other for quicker/better results? Anybody's input would be greatly apprieciated.
