I love playing baseball and Im always looking for ways to get better. Im 14 and play in a 16u AAU team. Not b/c i think im as good as them but because I want a better challenge. I use a wood bat in practice and I think that helps with my bat speed. But is there any training aids to help on hitting breaking pitches? I know its not the same when you know its comming but still. Or would you say more game experience will be the best. That will be great if you could help me out.
