Would trying to watch the ball hit the bat the best you can basically keep you inside of the ball? I thought this because if you try to watch the ball hit the bat, it will naturally put the barrel on the ball, which would also mean that if you are always getting the barrel on the ball even on inside pitches, you would have to be staying inside of the ball.
