No Torque? Posted by: Allen (homestarunner547@aim.com) on Wed Aug 9 20:14:59 2006 About how much batspeed are you in a sense losing if you just bring your hands back and use your hips and shoulders for rotation if you do not also use top hand and bottom hand torque?
