Do any coaches here take a heavy bad to practices or do you use something else, and if you have time would you tell me what your bat speed workouts consist of at practice when your dealing with 14 players? And what equiptment do you use or would recommend as a necessary.

I want to buy Jacks Video and have been looking at the middle setpro computer.. Do any of you use a less expensive way to check bat speed ? Im just not quite sure what I need while being somewhat limited in funds at the moment, being able to spend possibly $300.00 on tools ..
