pushing forward instead of rotating shoulders

Jack,

I have a boy who is hiding his hands properly but as the ball is coming he pushes them back out into view and then pushes them at the ball causing him to push the ball to right field because he can't get proper shoulder rotation? He is also pushing toward the ball with his body instead of rotating around the axis. Any thoughts to correct this? Thanks.
