Hi,
Just for interest, I have uploaded a video of myself pulling a bowstring and releasing an arrow (http://www.sdlightning.org/movie/archer.html). I know this and other web sites have discussed pulling a bowstring and baseball hitting.

Perhaps, others can comment on the relevance of this video to hitting.
