Hi all

Hey all I been looking at Sosa , McGwire ,Griffey. they all do the same thing it just looks diffrent because of there batting stance's. I notice that as they start swing there hips lead the hands , there hands goes back in a cirular pattern and they counter rotate there back leg remains stationary the front leg picks up forward with a slight bentthey bring the front leg back almost touching they knee once there heel lands the front leg rotates around the pitcher then it straight. the back shoulder dips ,hands are sighty elevated then the shoulders then the lead shoulder rise up giving them a upward swing. it goes to the launching position lead shoulder is pointed in the direction of the second baseman(right hands batters)learn is across chest and fully extended toward the catcher, then the pulling back of the lead shoulder and arm toward the catcher .. they all rotate around a stationary axis. they all have a circular pattern. (this is before the back shoulder dips) almost forgot to mention mike about there front shoulder it like points to the ball thats when the hands get higher than the shoulder.
