Timing/concentration

Posted by: Dan W (dndwoody@aol.com) on Thu Jul 13 07:35:59 2006

Getting down the timing aspect of when to start the loading phase has always been a problem. It seems as though I concentrate on trying to find just the right time to start this (i.e when a pitcher's hand leaves the glove). Thinking though instead of just reacting at this point I believe has slowed down my swing. I've tried to open up my stance to see the ball better, it's just frustrating not being consistent and being the hitter i know i am. Any advice? thank you
