Today i was hitting today and i was extremly late i wasn't hitting anything except some weak grounders and pop-ups to rights failed cause i was looping around the ball. When should i start my motion i have a leg kick.

I don't know what level you are playing but most young hitters with good rotational mechanics tend to be early and not late. Make sure you are rotating your shoulders in and then out in a circle. Take practice swings with the bat head glued as long as possible to your right upper bicep (right handed hitter). Don't let your hands get to far from your body unless the pitch is outside. You don't want to be hitting around the ball or you will lose power.
