does anyone use this program, and if you do does it really work,do you think it would go along with mr. mankins techniques?Yes you can add 15 miles per hour to your bat speed if you follow Paul's program.I f you are fanatical about both Mr. Mankin's program ,that is your technique and if you follow Paul's program you increase the speed.It has worked for my students and it will work for you.Doit.
