PFO Stands for Pull Field Orientation something a wannabe hitting guru and noted slow pitch player (BHL) has claimed "HE" came up with. He also quickly diverts attention and gives credit to others when he is repeatedly proven wrong about his PFO. He is also well known for not answering tough questions that go against his linguistic PFO logic and his expert calculations. Just read rest of the thread for that proof.

As also is noted, we now have Jack stating for his record on "his" site that PFO teachings are irresponsible.

IMO stands for In My Opinion for which I think you know mine about PFO and BHL.

Hope this helps!
