Welcome to Batspeed.com. If you read the past posts patiently, especially my Mar.-Apr. 2004 ones, you will see why pulling an outside pitch will allow it to be hit harder than pulling an outside pitch. (Mankin agrees that outside pitches can be pulled [credit to him], but not with my PFO theory wholesale [credit to me]).
