I play baseball and have coached kids for close to 20yrs. And am learning some things here I never have heard taught, and it does make some sense though I will admit its a bit technical for me to fully grasp from the discussion board.
Is the video easier to understand and to help me teach my little fastpitch softball team this theory as well as myself? And the site setpro.com has me interested . Does this teaching and setpro work together? And does the video also include the drills to work on?
