Hello,

My 14 year old daughter and I have just found this site after searching for
"increasing bat speed."

We noticed that Jack analyzes video. Does he give batting lessons? Where
does he live?

Also, we noticed the training videos, which one should we purchase first.

This weekend, we are going to purchase a video camera. I too, broke down
video step frame by frame to show her that she was striding more than 2 "
using imovie. I realize that I need to use this as a tool, again. The last two
weekends she has started to duck , lunge to the ball, and on the swing and
miss her back foot is parallel to her front foot. These are just 3 things that I
noticed. When I brought the ducking to her attention, she replied, "She had
no idea that she was ducking. "

I am interested if Jack works one-on-one with individuals.
