The action is probably best understood in golf where proper back foot action is described
as "heel leads toe" which requires good weight shift timing and good coiling prior to
uncoiling/unloading which happens using mostly the fron foot as pivot.

In baseball, sometimes the desired back foot action is encouraged by placing a barrier
behind the back foot so that the back heel does not go back when the back foot turns
(turning the back foot in a way that toe leads heeel or heel turns back is the same thing as
the bad kind of back foot action "bugsquishing" is usually meant to describe.
