Old Time Legends

Posted by: Murph () on Tue May 22 00:34:02 2001

Hey Jack if you notice the old time legends such as Hank Aaron, Babe Ruth, and Ted Williams all started with their back footnot parrallel but slightly open. Meaning the toe poited slightly away from their body. They started their feet and bodies almost as if as if the shortstop were pitching to them and Hank as if a second basemen were pitching to them. C:My Life DreamsThe Babe.htm. Look at the bottom picture of that jack. Hank did the same thing. Then as The Babe and Hank stride...their front foot naturally strides in line with their back foot. Could this be an explanation why they had such great power? Especially, Hank and all fields, him being known to be able to flip the ball out of the catchers mitt to opposite field out of the park.
