Re: Setpro equipment

I have seen Setpro mentioned several times on the board, so I went to visit their site. I was curious if anyone has purchased any of their equipment, and how useful you have found it.

Dave,

Please have patiences with SETPRO (their response time) If you are serious about increasing your batspeed or that of someone you coach, there is no way, I repeat no way you will maximize your training if you don't have the feedback of how you are doing. (Are you increasing, decreasing or just spinning your wheels.)

The analogy I use is that when you lift weights to gain strength, you count and record the poundage to see if you are getting stronger. Without a batspeed computer, you cannot do this.

It flat out works.

Good luck.
