As i continue to teach the boys the swing I was having a hard time getting them to get the bat into the swing plane....

so what I did was introduce the top hand tourque... By having them initiate the top hand tourque the bat head came down fast. I then have them bring the elbow into the side and face the pitcher...I was worried because this was talked about as a advanced move and maybe i should have not introduced it. I have only did this for 1 session so I can stop if it is wrong or to early. Please advise.

Do they look like they are doing it right... not a 100% but it does bring the bat head down but i do not want them to get into bad habit if this is the wrong time to introduce it.
