seeing the ball

Posted by: Patrick (macknolyapain@yhoo.com) on Fri Mar 31 07:37:06 2006

All right guys look, seeing the ball is THE most important aspect in hitting. The other things are important too (bat lag, chp, rotation around a stationary axis, etc) but seeing it is the most important. I cannnot stress enough how important it is to be able to see the ball ALL THE WAY. There is a GREAT article on seeing the ball on beabetterhitter.com (look for RICK DOWN) So before you get in a rush to change your mechanics make sure you're getting your best look at the ball!!!
