Hitting line shots

A couple of weeks ago I sprained wrist during practice. Since then, my wrist has healed up, but I have lost control of my swing. I was hitting line shots at the beginning of the year,but since I have been hitting grounders and flyouts.How can I can regain my regular swing and regain convidence?
